PARK MODEL & RV LOT RENTAL RATES
2011 - 2012 Season

Daily Rate: $35.00; Weekly Rate: $235.00
Electric Included with these rates only
Garbage, Water, Sewer, Lawn maintenance included in all the following rates.

(6 Months rate is occupied 6 months - unoccupied 6 months)
(7 - 12 Months occupied - additional $300.00)

1. $150.00 deposit will be required at the time of reservation.
2. If cancellation is received one month prior to reservation date, a $100.00 refund will be made. Leased lots will be held 48 hours beyond reserved arrival date then cancelled if we are not notified.
3. A refundable deposit of $50.00 electric, $10.00 gate card, & $10.00 post office key will be added to the cost of your stay.
4. Storage is $1.25 a day or $37.00 a month. If a Rainbow Resident storage 6 months or more is $25.00 a month.
5. 50 Amp service only. If needed an adapter should be purchased before arrival.
6. Payment: Personal check, Travelers check, money order or cash only. (No Credit Cards)
7. If tax or garbage rate is increased or decreased, we will adjust accordingly.

CONDITIONS

1. Park Owner reserves the right to change the rules of Rainbow Resort as he deems necessary.
2. All rent is due and payable upon arrival.
3. Electricity is individually metered at each lot. We pay connect fee. You pay for usage.
4. Telephone and Cable and WiFi are available for each lot. Each individual is responsible for making arrangements for these services.
5. You MUST notify us if you will be arriving early or late. This is due to mail and electric. & B above.
